I just have to ask, what don't people get about what you eat? I think generally I would proud to write down what you ate for that day (except for that chocolate bar LOL).
Anyways, I had
2 power crunch bars
a banana
a bag of 6 cracker/cheese thingies (ugh.. travel day.. best thing I could find at a gas station)
jerky stick
3/4 bacon and swiss omelette w/ 1 piece of wheat toast.
This was a decent day for me. Not too much snacking.

1. kashi oatmeal
2. 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ Peanut butter and small banana.
3. chicken with roasted tomato and mozarella ( left over from sunday)
4. one way bar
5. large handful shredded mini wheats.
1 chocolate heart - when my grandson shared his valentines candy from his school party, I couldn't say no.
6. broiled chicken with mango salsa , salad w/ cucumbers. tomato, feta and greek dressing.
mango salsa
2 large ripe mangos , peeled & diced
1/4 C tiny diced red pepper
1/2 very tiny diced jalapeno pepper
1/4 c tiny diced red oinion
handful of cilantro, chopped fine
juice of 1/2 lime
gently mix all together and serve with chicken, pork or fish
7. lower sugar berry crisp topped w/ a little cool whip.
I took a bunch of frozen berries & tossed them w/ splenda and cinnamon, put in a pie plate and dabbed a little butter on top. then topped w/ a crumbly topping of oatmeal, a little brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, & a little flour, I just eyeballed it so I don't have any idea of the measurements. I might need to do it again and get measurements.
aaah grandkids...how can ya say no? It's rough!
The berries dish sounds good. I make a good berry crisp too - sometimes I add diced apple to it also. Yummm. Now I'm craving that lol. Oh in the old days - fruit crisp (any kind) warm and on top of french vanilla ice cream. *drool* I think I just gained 2 pounds
