Getting it er um honest? LOL

Ok, you know who the hardest person it is to be 100% honest with? ME! I have so much trouble. Sometimes I catch myself jiggying the numbers in fitday to get it too look better TO ME. Pfft...thankfully, so far at least, I've gotten honest with myself and put it back to reality. I mean, I care about you guys, but what you think of what I eat, isn't very important to me - especially since a lot of people don't 'get' my eating lol...but I'm working double-time to be honest with me! Ugh. Sooo here's my Tuesday eating. Moz cheese 4 sticks (2 and then 2, 3 hours later) A Nestle' Crunch bar (hmmm...ugh that time of the month? Can I get away with blaming that? Probably not!) 1/2 of one tiny sour lemon candy (about 1/4 inch long) 4 oz. Sirloin steamed w/ garlic and a 1/4 cup of some nasty store-bought p. salad...most of that went in the trash, so I ate Cottage cheese instead. cupcake. Hope to have an Onion and Cheese omelet tonight...if I ate that my totals are - Calories: 1627 Protein: 109 Carbs: 78 Fiber: 7 Net Carbs: 71 Well considering that preop, I'd have eaten a BOX of chocolates (dove dark truffles!), I think I handled this holiday fairly well. Not great choices, but not 'bad' awful horrible choices either. How did your Valentine's Day fair?

Happy VD!!! I felt so hungry today. I think I will be getting my period soon too. I think it is this giagantic zit in the middle of my forehead that is giving it away. B: Achieve ONe coffee drink, peach L: Panera Bread company 1/2 of an Asian chicken salad and a 1 bread roll snack: here's where I go down hill, I just couldn't get full. Strawberries and a bananna, 3 bran crackers with 2 laughing cow cheese wedges spread on them, apple with peanut butter, cheese stick, and a handful of tostitos. S: small slice of garlic bread. Now it is 1am and I am at work: I have had 2 cups of coffee, a sf pudding, some strawberries and a bagel with some cream cheese. I think I will just try to drink water the rest of the night. I hardly got any fluids in yesterday and I did work out and lift weights. Lori

Don't you just HATE those times when you can't seem to get full or maybe satisfied would be a better word lol. Ugh. I get zits as my precursor too! One in my eyebrow (ouch - right where the top of my glasse**** it) and one ALWAYS on my chin, like a classic fairytale witch. Enjoy those fluids And yes, Happy Valentine's day to you!

I'm not tellin'. The only honest thing about MY post is that I'm honestly disappointed at my lack of control today. I have no idea what got into me...........well yes I do.........but like I said..........I'm not tellin'.

Hi Groopies! "Honestly.". I think I never eat till I write it down here. I should keep a j ournal "DURING" the day instead of trying to remember the next day but here it goes B Protien shake S Cashews a hand full (yes I have big hands) L chicken salad in a low carb wrap with lettuce YUM S Cashews ;;see above:: D Peanut butter off the spoon 2 tbls at least S poppy **** popcorn and peacans.... ( dont buy this I ate the whole bag) Im still battleing with the night time munchies .. and I know people say " eat breakfast .. eat better meals etc. but im just not hungry during the daytime ok and 48 oz Water and at least 5 cups of coffee I sh ould go to bed at 7pm LOL Dawn

LOL I hear you about remembering...I think that's why I post it late at night while its still fresh. Ah well - I keep a weird schedule at best

Our boss brought each of us a little baggie with chocolates in it. On the upside - I didn't eat all of them, however, I did have more than the one I was originally going to allow myself. That was yesterday though! Today is a brand new day! Down with the chocolates!

Valentines Day was pretty darned good here We are going out to The Melting Pot tonight, and I'm a bit stressed over that. Fear of food! Last night we went to Ikea of all places. Food AND shopping! We love the swedish meatballs, and we need(ed) a new bed frame for our brand new king size, omg its the most comfortable thing ever and it's arriving today, mattress. The time-of-the-month should be here any minute now, and I am blaming my chocolate fixation on that, and you can't stop me! 1. low sugar apples & cinnamon oatmeal 2. triple chocolate powercrunch bar 3. 1/2 cup of beef/potato soup & 1 cheese stick 4. cookies & cream powercrunch bar 5. 3 swedish meatballs (they are small), 2 bites of potato 6. 1 piece of crispy crust pizza - around 10:30 PM - very weird for me to be hungry that late at night. Must have been all the walking around at Ikea. I almost forgot, I had a weird episode at Ikea. It was about a half hour after dinner, and we were just walking around and suddenly everything started to spin, and the next thing I knew John was catching me and sitting me down on a nearby bed. I sat there for a few minutes, no other symptoms like dumping, or sugar crashing, and then I was fine. I did notice I was extremely thirsty, but other than that I was ok. Very odd. Michele PS: I don't like the new picture of me at all *sigh*
