PS Again, Am I Crazy?
Did I read your post correctly? Are you having a mimimal incision arm lift or the big one where they do the incision all the way to your elbow? If so, I think the arm lift will be no problem going to work so soon. I had the minimal incision arm lift which was not all that painful to me but I also had a breast lift/implants at the same time and my breast were sore for a long while. I think I came back to work in about 2 weeks. So in answer to your question, if you are having both, that time frame may be too soon, but if you are just having the minimal incision arm lift......maybe not. My first plastic surgery was a LBL, hernia repair & lip to outer thighs...I was off work about a month with that. Best of luck to you and you look beautiful.
Heather--do you have any pictures of your arms pre-op? the reason why I ask is that I would love some sort of a modified arm lift. It would be so much better not to have the scar all the way down to the elbow.
I'm a no implant gal too--in the spring I'm getting the lift/reduction. Hoping for nice perky ones.

Hey Lynda,
Just tell your PS you dont want little ones... that's what I told mine. I am really really happy with the way mine turned out. I wanted implants, but hubby didnt want me to get them and the doctor said I had enough tissue that I wouldnt need implants...I found that hard to believe but he was right!
I will keep you in my thoughts and be hoping you will get nice perky ones...LOL

Lynda, Ill take pics and email you if you want, they arent pretty.
Email me : [email protected] and Ill take them over the weekend.
A little late replying... my arms (incision from pit to almost elbow) and breast lift, was a walk in the park from my inner/outer thigh lift. My arms were more painful then the breast lift but nothing I couldn't tolerate. I wore sleeve type garment on my arms and then used tight Under Armout long sleeve much of the time.
My plastic experiences were both different and not like any other surgery I faced. Oh, and it's all worth it once you are finally healed...
Best wishes,
Lisa
