What is your goal today?

Hi everybody,The only goal I have today is to help somebody desperately in need.I have a friend with 4 kids that got out of a bad relationship.She is moving into a apartment by me and all she has is her and the kid's clothes.She has no furniture or beds actually nothing.So now it is time to put my skills to work and call all the places I know and people I know and try to get her some stuff for those kids and her.I am sorry this is not WLS related but right now this is more important to me.Well I hope you all have a wonderful day!!! Don't forget to try some local churches and thrift stores. Some of the churches in our area sponsor a shop where you can get many items at no cost. Hopefully you will find the same thing in your area. Best wishes to your friend. She's lucky to have you helping her! Hugs...

oh wow how wonderful that she's getting OUT! Too many stay in. Check your local Homeless coalition and YWCA - they sometimes will help out with household goods to get someone back on thier feet. Or the local Salvation Army Family office. They're great for those things. (((HUG)S))
