Getting it honest..
Here we go again. I've eaten pretty badly today...not WHAT I've eaten, just the amounts. Very low for me. Not been hungry and have to keep remembering to eat.

Grilled cheese on Whole wheat
(you seeing a theme here? LOL)
about 10 curly fries (made fish and fries for dinner, and the smell of fish got me - happens sometimes. I'm soo bad at seafood).
Cheese and Onion Omelet (haven't had it yet, but plan to!)
If I eat the omelet it brings my stats to:
Calories: 1649
Protein: 83
Carbs: 43
Fiber: 12
Net Carbs: 31
Gotta eat the omelet. How'd you do?

1. low sugar cinnamon & apples oatmeal
2. TWO cheese sticks - how I don't know, I can usually only eat one.
3. 1/2 cup of the worst mushy chicken ( no meat was found ) vegetable soup - BLEH
4. popcorn - minibag shared with coworkers
5. powercrunch bar

Well ok, I remembered my multi-vits and b12, but forgot the calcium and prevacid.

Hi Tooter. I wish I had your problem of "forgetting" to eat! I'm still really struggling, and I hate it. Sorry to be such a downer today ... seems to be a trend lately.
Oh, and Valentine's Day really stinks when you're not sure if you're still in love with your husband. Sorry, I told you I was in a "mood"!

I read your post. I'm sorry for your second paragraph, but I know what you are feeling. The same is for me. It's not like the surgery brought it on either, these have been long-time feelings as I have become aware. Weight had nothing to do with it, except on his part. Now that I'm down a bit (I've gained 20 lbs), there is still no acknowledgment from dh, except to point out where I could be "better" at my program. hmmmm
