help needed from the UK

i am trying to find out what wls success is like years down the line especially in RNY which is what i am hoping to have. in the UK i can only find out up to about 5 years.i would like to know peoples stories for long term success and if the weight goes back on either all of it or just a little bit. thankyou for looking at this message and well done to all that have had the success that you deserve tracy
