Getting it honest..
ok, let's see, how'd I do today. Hmm not bad all things considered. How'd you do? Happy with your choices or still struggling with a food demon of some kind? Do you preplan or just eat as the day goes? I think largely I preplan, in that I eat 3 or 4 of the same basic foods - and dinner is usually a meat and veggie or eggs. Man, my eating is boooring lol...except when I'm creating new recipes. Ok, shutting up. Here's my day!
3 moz cheese sticks
Grilled cheese on whole wheat w/ butter
2 slices of Italian bread w/ garlic butter (ok, not a great choice, but it was whole wheat )
Cup of steamed Brussel Sprouts (just wasn't in the mood for meat tonight)
Cheese-Onion Omelet
Popcorn
Taste-testing new recipes (about another 200 calories worth of bites)
Calories: 908
Protein: 69
Carbs: 88
Fiber: 14
Net Carbs: 74
You know, sometimes it's really hard to be honest when I eat things like Italian bread
Oh how I do miss bread! Especially crusty italian bread with real butter...
Weird day...
1. low sugar apples & cinnamon oatmeal
2. 1/2 cup leftover thai food - chicken, shrimp & veggies
3. 1/2 of a Rockinroll protein bar - YUCK
4. 1/2 cup of beef/potato soup
5. 1 small piece of crispy crust pizza
6. 1 sugar free chocolate covered pretzel
2 cups of coffee, 2 AchievOne drinks, 2 bottles of water, about 60 oz of crystal light - but WHOOPS I forgot my vitamins and calcium

For Monday... I have up to dinner accounted for. We are going out to dinner, so I don't know what that will be.
AM - Protein Drink (Whey Gourmet Chocolate)
Snack - apple (small, green)
Noon - Powerbar, apple (small, green)
Snack - 12-15 almonds
Liquids - one coffee with sweetner & cream, 48 oz water (so far), 1 Apple Cinnimon Herbal Tea
Dinner - "Valentine's Day treat"

1. 1/2 a pancake w/ butter and sf syrup, 1/2 a biscuit, 1 scrambled egg, 1 turkey sausage, 2 bites of gravy with my biscuit. (got a kids meal at cracker barrel and borrowed from DH on the biscuit & gravy)
2. 1/2 a tuna sandwich on whole wheat.
3. one way bar
4. dinner out - I ordered a sandwich with chicken and roasted tomatoes, topped with melted mozzarella, threw away the bread, it came with a small green salad so I ate that.
5 sf ice cream sandwich
I haven't calcualted caloried or grams of anything but I feel it was pretty good, lkie I ate enough, butnot oo much. could have used another veggie though.

power crunch bar
1/2c beef noodle soup
1/2 morning star farm burger
1 ezekiel sesame toast
1 prune
2 low fat triscuits
1/2c applesauce
I still am having a very hard time getting in the protein. I sure will be happy to get the remaining staples out and stand up streight and tall ( all 5'2" of me) I can not ever remember being so tired and weak. Can't wait for that to go away.
