Have you tried altering the types of workouts you get? Sometimes that helps. Sometimes just upping your water (spread equally throughout the day) helps. Stalls stinks for sure!

well, i wasn't really at a stall, but i was losing about a pound a month in oct, nov, & dec. So, in jan~ i decided to really push the protein drinks. I got myself a couple big ole tubs of Nectar lemon tea, & made sure i drank 4 of those a day, plus ate about 1300 cals a day, so my overall daily caloric intake was high, in my opinion, at about 1700-1800. Anyway, i managed to lose 10lbs fm jan to feb. So try bumping up your protein for a month or 2 & see what happens!
