Getting it Honest!
Getting it honest seems more appropriate for me....I am always trying to improve something....
Well here is the damage from Wednesday's eating feast
Protein shake
Yogurt
Power Crunch Bar (addicted to them)
manadrin orange (thanks to Dx)
Veggie Lasgna
Chicken
Cottage Cheese
Pretzels (gotta have my cheese pretzels..I kid myself about the protein)
Chipped Steak with peppers and onions (like a philly steak without the roll)
Mashed potatoes
Spinach
Cream of Wheat for my bed time snack
I look at your menu and everyone else's and think...WOW I am eating alot.
Thursday
1. low sugar cinnamon & apple oatmeal
2. 1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce w/splenda & cinnamon
3. 1/4 cup chicken salad - made me so queasy I had to fight to keep it down. Don't think I will be trying that again for a long time.
4. 3 saltines, 1 tsp of peanut butter
5. 1 string cheese
6. 2 oz of leftover chicken teriyaki
7. handful of peanuts
Vitamins, calcium, b12, prevacid, and about 80 oz of iced tea/crystal light/coffee
I am craving CHOCOLATE!
Oh, and I received an invitation from my husband via email at work to Valentines dinner! He is taking me to a place called The Melting Pot next Wednesday. It's a fondue place. I've never had fondue, but it was voted Phoenix's most romantic restaraunt. *le sigh* You feed each other stuff on sticks! I can't wait
Some people are easily amused eh?

Michele,
I've not eaten dinner at the Melting Pot, but have had their dessert fondue several times. Can you say - FABULOUS!! Yummy melted chocolate with lots of different "dippers".... bananas, cake cubes, strawberries, marshmallows, pineapple cubes, etc. My son even chose the Melting Pot for his 15th birthday party! So we took 10 teenagers for chocolate fondue. They had a blast!! Of course, all of this was before my surgery! Since I'm such a chocoholic, I don't think I could restrain myself, so I won't be going there anytime soon!!! Enjoy!!
