oops - I spelled it wrong. It's panetini - it's a hard crunchy bread you can make from a baguette. Cut very thin, brush lightly with olive oil, season and bake low temp a long time. I cheated and bought mine You're day sounds good! What are little moz cheese balls?

Real fresh Mozzerella (as opposed to the shredded or brick stuff) in water. At Sam's I bought a pound of it in a jug that had lots of little balls for $3.88. I LOOOOOVE fresh mozz. Michelle

You know what they say, once you go fresh, you never go back! I don't have a drop of Italian in me, but living in NY and every person around me being Italian, I have no choice but to live Italian. I have Italian food running through my veins... oh wait, that's the stuff that got me here in the first place LOL. Michelle

I didn't get in nearly enough of anything today, but I did have a wonderful seafood buffet last night!!! Today: no breakfast as I was running late no snack, got caught up in work Wendy's chili (small)--running late, didn't take my lunch 2 cheese sticks Spaghetti Squash casserole Total calories for the day are only about 750. I may have a mocha protein shake before bed as I haven't gotten in enough water either. Sheesh, what a day!
