What is your goal today?
Hi everybody,I hope you are all doing well today!My goals today are to get in 128 oz's of fluid in today and to get more then 90 grams of protein and not more then 120 oz's of carbs in today.I wanted to go for my walk atthe walking club today but I can not because my son is still sick and plus both kids are home today because school was called off this morning do to a water main break and plus we have a boil order.So good time for the kids and bad times for the parentsPlus I want to work on some paper work for the Youth Service Bureau and then to work on some crafts and drawings I need to get done for the fundraiser we are having in march and plus the normal household stuff!Well I hope you all have a great day!!!
