Hello from the Cap'n...

Hi Wendy!! I agree with you that we should stick around more these days. It is hard to though sometimes with how busy life gets. I remembered you right away and was happy to see ya reply to me. It means a lot to see the familiar old faces that I remember so well from my first days on OH. It has been such an integral part of my success that I know I can't just abandon it because I started feeling sorry for myself. I am a lot like you in that it is so easy for me to munch too. If I'm not consciously thinking about it, I could eat almost constantly during the day. I have to purposely keep busy, either physically or mentally to keep from eating everything in sight some days. It is a constant challenge and at least I was smart enough to get the help I needed before it was too late. It was so good to see ya tonight on the board and I hope you can stop by more often too.
