Help, Please!
Has anyone reached their goal then went to far under and had the Dr. tell you to gain weight. Then you gained to much weight and are stuck. I really am depressed. I am trying to set goals for myself, but have re-awakened some bad eating habits?!?! Does anyone have any suggestions? I also am not working right now so I am a homebody(chair potato). Stacey
My surgery buddy did that - she had lost down to a size 0 and has finally made it back into a 3. However, she has had to get back to basics so that she doesn't gain back any MORE weight. As one who is all too human, I have done some unhealthy eating as well. The thing is to remember that you do NOT want to go where you were before. While you are at a low gain, get back with the program. I always start with a one day fast of creamy stuff, like protein shakes, yogurt, etc. and lots and lots of water. Then I begin the following day with sensible food, like one packet of oatmeal for breakfast; meal 2 - protein shake; meal 3 - lean cuisine; meal 4 - protein shake; meal 5 - meat, vegetable.

I lost too much weight and had to gain some back but I struggle everyday to try to Keep on what I gained. it's a losing battle for me. I was back up to 129 and he wanted me to gain five more punds. I didn't even try but now I have lost ten of that. I just wish i could maintain at the weight I am now.
