What R U Eating Today?
B: 1 egg scrambled w/cheese and also a teeny sliver of leftover (not sugar free or even sugar reduced) b- day cake. (not even MY cake LOL)
L: 3 oz tuna, 1/2 cup strawberries.
S: Protein bar (although I may forgo this due to the cake)
D: 3 oz grilled chicken, 3 oz asparagus.
S: 1/4 cup blueberries with 2 tblsp. plain yogurt.
