Hi Guys....I need some memory checkers here....
Being over 4 years out and still trying to get a few pounds off from all the meds...what should my caloric intake be right now? I am working out at least 4 days a week but don't remember what I should be taking in for calories. The only challenge I am having right now is I am always and I mean ALAWAYS hungry! UGH!!! I hate it!
