Do I fit in here now?

Hi all, I recognize so many of you as old friends from the main message board. I just had my first anniversary. Do I belong here? I still have weight to lose.... I sure like the easy way I see you have with each other. It's nice--like comfortable friends. Pat

I don't know! I know that things have slowed way way down and I must really work at it to lose now. I hope I continue to lose, I know I will always eat this way. It is essentially the same as the way I ate before surgery as I was controlling my diabetes through diet alone so I was eating healthfully. The portions are a bit smaller, but not by a lot. I don't have a clue if I will ever get there, but I like to think I will. Thank you for your well wishes on my 1st year anniversary. Pat
