keeping it honest...
Good for you. I'm trying to keep it honest by staying under 1000 calories and doing great since I started taking Relacore.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: 1/4 cup grapenuts with 2 tablespoons milk
Snack: Protien drink
Lunch: Celery stuffed with Laughing Cow Cheese
Snack: Protein drink
Dinner: 3 ounces boiled shrimp and a small salad with fat free dressing
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit and six triscuits
That's about 850 calories and I felt satisfied and full all day.
This is great for me as I have gotten in the habit of not eating good meals since leaving the hospital after my knee surgery. It's a pain (literally) to stand up and cook and when I get home at night I'm way too tired to deal with meals. So, I was eating things that were easy and quick - and they usually aren't low cal or healthy.
But I'm back on track now.

Hey Toots!
I know my way here but usually hang with the newbies so I can calm their nerves (they calm me down too when I realize how far I've come )
I don't count anything...but here's what I ate today:
My same every day bfast: 1 Piece of low carb bread with deli chicken breast and white mexican cheese (queso) all melted in the toaster oven. And a cup of CC FF milk with instant coffee and SF vanilla syrup (oh I bought some white chocolate and Almond Roca Couldn't find the cinammon yet but been putting ground cinnamon on all my stuff because I heard it helps control sugar cravings...it really does!)
Snack: Protein shake (vanilla powder, half a banana, teaspoon PB, Almond Roca SF syrup and some cinnamon...delish!)
Lunch: Had sushi with a friend...6 pieces I think
Snack: Low carb yogurt (little one) and some trail mix.
Dinner: Chicken and salad.
A few little cups of coffee throughout the day...I use the espresso cup (tiny one) and drink a little at a time...keeps me going
So what's happening tonight?
Hugs, Paola
