keeping it honest...
I wasn't so good:
b: oatmeal with some protein powder and a cheese stick
s: cottage cheese, 1 slice low calorie bread with the tinest amount of peanut butter on it
l: ate the chinese buffet (well not the whole thing), soup, chicken, veggies, 1/2 egg roll

s: my son wanted chinese so off I am to a different chinese buffet, ate crab legs, shrimp, a few bites chicken, the crunchy whole green beans (I could make a meal off them), a little soup, a few bites of the veggies and a bite of a crab meat thing and a couple bites of sushi (or whatever it was they had rolled up in rice), but I probably burned up whatever calories they had in it trying to cool down from the wasabi I put on them! Sounds like a lot, but you know crab legs don't have a whole lotta meat in them and the shrimp were small.
Anyway, later on watching tv, I had some cabbage (I eat the slaw mix that is already shredded when I want something crunchy, so I eat it raw) and a couple pickles.
Have no idea of calories, but as long as I maintained and didn't go up a pound, it is a good day!
Today I have had a low carb tortilla, cheese stick and egg. I haven't planned the rest of my day yet, have to travel to do a closing for some woman buying a river lot for cash (makes me sick) in about 45 minutes, so don't know what my lunch will be like.

Nah, I really don't beat myself up about it. I don't feel that my eating was out of control in any way. I ate the lower calorie options from the buffet and egg drop soup, so I didn't make bad choices, it just feel like overeating when you go to a buffet twice in one day! But I do love chinese and the crab legs they have at the one place I go to.
Update on the rest of my day. I had 1/2 cup cottage cheese and about 4 pork skins. I just got through eating a Lean Gourmet frozen turkey thing which said it had 130 calories and one slice of low cal bread. Calorie wise so far today I am only up to about 480.

S...South Beach meal replacement bar 210 cals 19 protein.
D...unknown at this time....
I've had four cups of water so far...I'm working on getting in more water....I have other stuff to drink but I'm going for as much plain water as I can before my pouch revolts on me. I want to be as hydrated as possible for my PS next week

kung pao chicken and veggies
1 C home-made clam chowder
spinach salad
2 small squares 85% dark chocolate (very low in sugar)
