Keeping It Honest
I always do good the first part of the day:
B: Low carb tortilla with some sauteed peppers, onion, tomatoes, egg and cheese
s: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
I had some pork skins during the morning too, just a couple here and there
l: I went to Captain d's and had their low cal shrimp scampi, but substituted the rice for a salad, can't hardly do rice, besides, it really cuts the calories not to eat it.
s: I ate 1 slice of low calorie bread around 4:00
Then I went out with some friends for a drink or two (I didn't really count) and ended up eating one fried cheese stick, about four fried mushrooms and 1/2 of a potato skin. When I got home, I ate a bite or two of lasagna (really just bites) and about 5 hot and spicy cheez its.
I hate that my husband works nights and my kids are gone and I get so lonely sometimes that when the opportunity presents itself, I am out with my friends instead of sitting home alone. But when I am sitting home alone, I get bored and want to snack, but when I go out with friends, I will have some drinks, so either way, I have a hard time. Oh well, whatcha gonna do? Just try to do better tomorrow, that's all. I will stay home tonight.
