Raspberry/Blueberry/Baked Apple mix w/honey really small amount of honey

Water Water Water
The night is still young///////////
I expect I will have some popcorn and another Protein Shake.

Ok, maybe some de-caf coffee after a while
With a little SlimFast Low Carb Vanilla Cream in it....
Today?
Pretty good/dull
Breakfast - CarbControl Yogurt with handful of Total Protein Cereal and Flaxseed meal
Snak- Raw almonds about a dozen
Lunch - Piece of baked fish(talapia) left from last night with tomato and cucumber salad.
Snak- string cheese and small grannie smith apple
Diner - reworked leftover Talapia and shrimp with peppers and onions. (finally the end of that Talapia!)
A full gallon of water!!!!!!! Very dry all day from antihistamines.
All my Vits and such....
I would like something sweet tasting tonight.....
But nothing that I have at the house.
So maybe tomorrow some SF thing.
I'll plan some great SF desert for tomorrow night!

Just remembered-
White Bread!!! -just over half of a half a piece of toast with butter this morning!
My son didn't finish his breakfast, and I just snarfed it up!
I remembered because it gave me some "stomach rolls" later in the morning.
That one is rare for me.
I usually avoid it like the plague. Hate having gas!!!!

Do I know about stomach rolls!!!!!!!!! I remember when I was 6mo post op (long time ago now) I really really wanted to try Ezekiel Bread with tomatoes and cheese. It was the first time I could not hold anything down and this was definitely not what I should have been eating. I had to ditch the bread and toast is just as bad. I think this is the one thing I miss. Anyway, the bad feeling you get in eating it is not worth it!!!!!!!

I have not done the flaxseed thing yet but I have been thinking about grinding them myself over cereal.

Because that Fish was a re-work of a re-work from yesterday's diner!
Hand-me-down food!
I started the Flaxseeds, grinding them in a coffee grinder about
A year and a half ago. In cereal? They're "invisible."
Just part of my routine now.
The Slim Fast "LowCarb" Vanilla in Coffee, is my favorite.
I stopped using creamer of any sort about a year ago
And keep the SF instead.
Great way to get in extra protein without even noticing.
And that bread will still "mess me up."
Not sick or such, just a case of stomach growls that are extreme!

Hey listen girl........It was a good day for me .....perhaps a bad day for you but............We could be changing days between the two of us.
