1 - kashi waffle with sugar free syrup ( have you tried the Vermont sf syrup? not bad, I first had it at Cracker barrell and it is so far the best one I have tried. ) 2 - imitation crab with ****tail sauce, orange slices 3 - 1/2 PB and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread 4- cheese stick 5 - I COOKED! 1/2 baked chicken breast , few slices cheese potatoes (thin sliced potatoes, and onions topped with cheddar and covered w/ foil, baked til tender them foil removed to brown up the cheese) 1 asparagus, 2 tb corn, 1/2 breadstick and !!! Tooters Cherry pie!!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM good! I totally loved it - It is a great substitute for a cherry cheesecake! My husband, son, and grand daughter also wolfed it down. My daughter is seeing a new guy, who has actually been one of my son's friends since High school, and he came over to "officially" meet us as her BF. Of course we have met before when he came over to hang out and watch movies, play pool etc. with my son, but not really sat down and talked and etc. He apparently HATES cheesecake and made a valient effort and finished his slice of the pie. my daughter also dislikes cheesecake and did not hesitate to say so after she spit out the first bite. He very innocently said "I have had worse, I was in the Navy!" I nearly fell off my chair laughing, and so did my daughter. When he realized what he had said and it wasn't how he meant it, he was as red as anyone could be. he is over all a nice guy and about as cute as Brad Pitt.

Well, I pretty much had it together the first part of the day: B: oatmeal with some protein powder and a banana s: a couple of strawberries and one of those clementines the other poster talks about, saw them in the store and thought I would try, not bad. I also ate some raw veggies. I seem to crave them l: 2 slices low calorie bread with 2 oz deli turkey, salad and veggies, 1/4 c. cottage cheese s: cream of chicken cup of soup and a few pork skins with tabasco sauce. I work as a closing agent for a real estate title company and had a 5 p.m. closing that I had to drive an hour to get to and it lasted till after 7:00 p.m., so needless to say I was hungry by then, so, went by Wendy's, ate a little over half of a small chili, with a couple packs of crackers, not so bad you say, but then down the road there was a Cold Stone Creamery, so, I got a small sugar free cup of ice cream with strawberries and almonds mixed in. It was so good and probably totaled about 400 calories just for that! I didn't eat quite all of it though, but probably a little more than 3/4. Calorie wise, I guess I was probably still below 1400, but obviously not what I needed to be eating. Luckily, we don't have one of those places around here, it would be dangerous for me, since ice cream is one of the things I absolutely love! Angie

Wow a trail of food, eh? Did that once when we went out of town. Ate a little here, little there....ack. Overall though your day looks good - especially considering the 'cir****tances' I had ONE bite of my daughter's ice cream last night...sinful! Sigh...

I didn't have a particulalry good day yesterday. Oh well....... My favorite "fillerupper" food is a can of stewed tomatoes. Under a 100 calories for the whole darn thing. You can heat it up or eat it cold. Put melted cheese on it or not. I usually get the Italian recipe ones but they now come in different varieties. Makes a real full meal when hungry, tastes good and almost no calories. I had one for breakfast this morning with some very crisp bacon. tee

Okay, I promised I would come back and give an HONEST update on how things shook out today. Here's how it went: B- Oatmeal with peanut butter, 2 cups reg. coffee with a little 2% milk. S- Low-sugar oatmeal bar. L- 2 Excedrin Migraine, a Diet Dr. Pepper, a package of peanut butter-on-crackers, 1 oz. of cheese (had a migraine and was feeling really nauseous). S- A pear and aprox. 1 oz. sliced deli turkey. D- Will be a cup of tomato soup and a BLT sandwich. Maybe not the greatest day, but pretty good for me of late. There was no grazing or binging involved today, and for me that constitutes a good day! What do you think? Am I going to WLS hell in a handbasket? Lelina
