Low-fat? Umm well the package says part-skim - I don't do low-fat or fat-free anything lol. I like part skim moz.

Toots has me on the moz sticks with garlic powder. They are soooooo gooood. If you soak them in some water with powdered milk they get real creamy when you cook them. I usually soak them over night or before I leave for work. Charlie

I eat the string cheese with pepperoni or salami. Sometimes melt 'em together in the microwave for a minute. THEN sprinkle some garlic powder on top! I really have no problems with many protein powders -- especially since I have it with my morning coffee for a morning jolt and then some. Powders: Syntrax Matrix 5.0 ... Makes a smokin' hot chocolate -- just mix as a paste with cold water before adding WARM Carb Countdown or Carb Countdown Chocolate milk. Just make sure the water is not hot or the powder will clump (this will happen when mixing protein powder with ANY hot liquid). IDS Vanilla Cinnamon is especially good when blended with my cold coffee, about an oz of half-half, some Splenda, and SF vanilla syrup. Proplete Vanilla Pineapple is really good. I mix it with Crystal Light Sunrise orange powder and water. Sci-Tech Vanilla Very Berry is good mixed with oatmeal or ricotta or cottage/farmer cheese. Also fine mixed with Carb Countdown milk. There really are too many to mention but this gives you some good hints. I also like the Syntrax Nectars as they easily mix with water and can be made on-the-go. Now, for Ready-to-Drink protein drinks ... My favorite (although it is quite sweet) is Extreme Smoothie Praline Scream. I was a big fan of the Pure Protein RTDs -- and still am, for their values -- but they run on the bland side. Stick in the freezer for about half an hour prior to drinking and they are a bit better. A lot of people like the Isopure drinks. I could handle the taste okay but have a weird reaction to them ... Like I'm about to get a headache or something. Hope this helps!

GNC and lots of places online. Just go to froogle.com and do a search for: "Extreme Smoothie" Praline and shop for the best bargain. I'm a fan of vitacost.com and wholesalesupplements.com ... My favorite overall is netrition.com but I'm not sure if they have it. All three places charge either $4.95 or $5.95 for shipping no matter how much you buy.

I eat Mozzarella sticks at room temperature because they have more flavor that way, but melted and with a little bacon is also nice! I'll definitely have to try Tooter's garlic trick, though!!! As for protein, the Praline Scream is ok, but I'm totally addicted to the AchievOne coffee drinks from BariatricEating.com and I give them 5 stars on a scale of 1-4!! Jan

Hi Jan, I'm with you on the Achieve One drinks. Just ordered 2 more cases. Gotta look at a replacement, it's costing me a mint. Love them sooooo much. She has some interesting products and I just got the power crunch bars, holy smoke!!! Can't have them in the house. Thought I could limit to 1, no way. Marilyn

Sometimes I eat the cheese with cold tomato sauce as a dip. I usually have some left over in the fridge and I love it cold anyway. Other time I like them plain because I pull them apart and it takes a while to eat it as a snack. I take it and eat it while in the car, pulling it apart at the lights!!
