Monday for me: B: one cup oatmeal with 1/2 scoop protein powder s: a couple of large strawberries and some raw vegetables l: 2 oz deli turkey, 2 slices low calorie bread, salad, raw veggies. Boy, the bread and raw veggies fills me up, it took me about my whole lunch hour to eat this. s: cup of soup, couple of handfuls of popcorn s: a few bites of lasagne left over from sunday and some salad lots of coffee. I was probably really quite low on calories, but that's ok, still trying to drop a couple of pounds back off. Angie

Well, they are really not the best right now, but saw them in the store on sale and thought I would give it a go.

I think that might be what kind of killed me on berries - I bought and picked through too many bad pints and pound containers. Very frustrating and not many 'good' flavorful ones.

Ooh I had a good day yesterday. I started my day with some chicken soup (chicken, broth, and veggies.) 2nd feeding was 1/2 C. crab meat and 6 crackers (been on a seafood kick lately) 3rd go-around was more of the soup. Then one of those SF Russell Stover minis with my coffee. 4th feeding was 4 oz.s of sharp cheddar and 4 crackers. (I bought the crackers to go with the cheeseball I made for a party over the weekend. I don't normally have them in the house, but since I do..........) And my evening snack was a couple more ounces of the cheese dipped in peanut butter. I really need to start tracking everything again...this might be a little low. But I've been flirting with GOAL for the last couple of weeks and even though it's only a number I'd sure get a kick out of hitting it. Actually I DID hit it over the weekend, but then I jumped back up a pound. I'm not counting it 'till I stay there for longer than a day.

Well, here it is. I really have a hard time to eat and I am wanting to get in extra protein. So I had, ezekiel cinn. raisin toast with 1 tab. P.b.( didn't eat all of it), 2 oz. chicken liver ( ate 1 oz) a forkful of noodles, 1/2 c yellow jello, 1/2 cup homemade chicken veggie soup(that tasted good) and I will try to eat 2 cheese sticks but do not know for sure. I can't wait to get rid of some of this hardware. Maybe I will have less pain. I have 6 pounds to lose to be down the 31 that they took off. 18 pounds from doctors goal Have a good evening, Hugs,Betty

Isn't it weird to weigh more than your weight minus the removal? Freaky! Glad you're up and about (mostly lol).

I seem to be behind all the time on these posts, but I like to think about how I've been doing. Yesterday and today I exercised because I just bought an Urban Rebounder and I've enjoyed it the last 2 days. I did 1/2 hour each day and today I also did the stepper for 1/2 hour. Total calories today: 1186 Carbs: 97 Protein: 115 I might have to try that mozzarella/garlic stick thing, though. Or grapes.
