Dx's Fruit Pick of the Week!
When I can get them like that, I core them and freeze them in baggies, sometimes with other berries, to make protein fruit shakes. Cool, refreshing and very very good for us! I use a scoop and a half vanilla protein, a scoop of nondairy creamer, the frozen fruit, a few ice cubes and water as needed.
