Keeping it honest - Weekend edition lol
I did well on Sunday, but the scale went up. What's up with that???
B - 1 C cottage cheese w/splena & cinnamon (ran out of eggs)
S - 1 scrambled egg; coffee
L - large salad w/ protein, feta cheese, almonds, balsamic vinegarette
S - nuts (way too many)
D - sauteed salmon filet; broccoli
Got on the scale this morning and up another 1/2 pound. This is getting ridiculous! The only thing I can attribute it to is not enough water. Tomorrow is another opportunity to do better.
