Too much party last night has made me a slouch on the couch today. Ack what a wasted day! At least my eating has been way under limit. Thus far I've had 1/2 turkey sandwhich and about a cup of mom's chinese casserole (ground beef, rice and chinese veggies with some kind of "cream of" soup.) A little high on the carb side, but pretty low in calories. I don't see me eating much else tonight as the couch is getting lonely without me. If anything I'll eat the leftover casserole mom sent home with me.

Well here I am and feeling pretty good.Pain is controlled but I hate the burning. Not too much of an appitite but heres what I ate today. I did not do fit day so I have no totals. I had ezekeil toast with peanut butter. 2 string cheese, 1/2 c broth.ezekiel toast with 2 deli slice of turkey breast, 6 oz. container of blueberry yogurt and 1 c. popcorn. LOTS of ice tea. Water does not taste good. Have you tried ezekiel bread sesame flavored? It is so good. Its time to go to bed. 6 weeks of sitting around and I am already bored to death. Have a good night. Do you think the ham got ya? Have you already moved ahead to eating meat? Wow, I thought you were still on pureed - or did you puree the ham? I remember pureed ham made me gag - waaay too salty. Blech. Guess I'll put up what I ate yesterday. Posted on the main my intentions, but didn't make them. Sigh...was so sleepy last night - so didn't get all my food in. What I actually ate yesterday: Whole wheat toast with mashed bananas mixed with sugar-free strawberry jam and flax. Yummmm! Moz cheese and pickles Cheese and onion omelet Calories: 1181 Carbs: 70 Protein: 48 WAY TOO LOW Ah well today is another day.
