Thanks and yes...one day lol. Ya know, Dan and I were just talking about my food patterns. I go through phases where I'll eat one thing every day (in this case my cheese egg omelets) for weeks or months and then I can't look at it again for a LONG time. Weird. HEY - GO CHECK YOUR EMAIL

Well, not an especially good day for food, and fluid intake was VERY bad. But what a difference 18 months has made. Yesterday I was having too much fun to even think about food, 18 months ago I would have been wanting every one of my favorite foods to "celebrate" with. So here we go: 1. low sugar oatmeal with milk & splenda 2. about 2 oz of teriyaki chicken, and a few bites of bean sprouts from my fave place at the mall. 3. About 1/3 of a small bag of popcorn 4. 1 slice of SPAM lite - because I keep reading about it on the board and just had to have it! But it made me queasy. 2 vitamins, 1 calcium, 1 prevacid, about 8 oz of flat diet pepsi, and 8 oz of crystal light. After being so well hydrated, I now feel icky from the lack of fluids yesterday. Amen on the being busy and 'forgetting' to nibble in celebration! Isn't it liberating? Now if we can just glue a water bottle into our hand, we'd be in good shape Drink drink drink babeeeeeeeee!

I thought I had it in the works for a good day yesterday (at least a better start than usual) ... 8:30am 3/4 scrambled egg w/cheese 3:00pm 4 oz turkey chili w/~ 3 tbsp grated cheddar 9:00pm 3 green olives coffee coffee and coffee (w/FF coffeemate creamer ... today I plan to use milk instead of creamer, for the protein) The dill pickle/PB choice is very interesting! I'm actually thinking of mixing in some cottage cheese when I have a craving for my olives.

B - scrambled eggs w/cheese; 2 slices of bacon (going to switch to turkey bacon) S - Cottage Cheese w/splenda & cinnamon L - Salad with protein (chicken), feta cheese, chopped hard-boiled egg, light balsamic vinegarette, toasted almonds - yummo! S - large handful of nuts D - roasted turkey breast; BirdsEye frozen "Beans with a Twist" (green & yellow beans, carrots & cranberries in herbed butter) - another yummo! All in all, a good eatin' day! Betsy
