What is your goal today?
Hi everybody,Ok well my goal today is to again please ask you all what are vitamin's levels are suppose to be as WLS patients.I am going to have my levels done today but my regular PCP has no idea because he is not familiar with Wls patient and thier levels.So because I have been feeling the way I have been,and someone on here suggested that it could vitamin deficiency.So I made the appointment and now everybody I need to know what I am looking for please.Well I hope you all have a great day!!!

P.S. Today is my 26th day of being smoke-free and Rhonda if you are still going strong you go girl I know you can do it!!!
I'm not sure the levels would be much different than anyone else's. What I believe is that we need to take in more in order to stay at the right levels...

B12 deficiency is pretty much a given with us. That's why we should take our sublinguals every day, plus it doesn't hurt to get the shot at least monthly if the levels are still not up to par...
