Keeping it honest - Thursday
Ok, I'm going to be honest. Time pressures and ugencies had me leaving the house not knowing I'd be gone 15+ hours before returning. I had 2 minutes before punching the old time clock and the only thing close was Micky D's. Gulp.
I bought a cheeseburger and 6 nuggets (let's not forget the ranch) which covered 2 meals, and I grabbed a bag of trail mix out of the machine for the 3rd. I just finished the 4th which was corn beef and kraut and I'm pretty sure I don't need to worry about getting a 6th in today.
Lets see...what did I eat yesterday? I ran out of protein powder at work, have to buy some more. So, no shakes yesterday.
Thursday, Jan 26th
7:30 am - 12 oz coffee with cream and sweetner
8:30 am - flaxseed bagel with 1 oz slice of swiss cheese
9:00 - 10:30 am - 36 oz water
11:00 am - 2 clementine oranges
11:30 am - 12 oz coffee with cream and sweetner
12:00 - 1:30 pm - 24 oz water & 8 oz apple cinamon herbal tea
2:00 pm - 6 oz beef chili
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - 8 oz apple cinamon herbal tea
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm - in transit - grabbed a 12 oz latte (with sweetner)
7:00 pm - 6 oz baked beans
9:00 pm - powercrunch bar
9:30 pm - 8 oz summer berry herbal tea
10:30 - lights out. !
Exercise was 1:30 - 2:00 pm - 1/2 hour powerwalk around the office building and 5:30 - 6:30 - 1 hour powerwalk around my neighbourhood.

Protein shake
coffee, splenda, creamer
blueberry oatmeal...
chicken,feta cheese and balsamic vin salad
cup of chessy broc. soup a few crackers
power crunch bar
chips and salsa and a few bites of hamburger helper.... ;-( bad i know...
tons of water and my vit. which i read the bottle and i should be taking two..thanks tooter...
today is sushi yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday was pretty good, I think:
b: oatmeal with protein powder, cinnamon and splenda
sn: 5 large strawberries and 1/2 c. cottage cheese
lunch: salad with deli turkey, cheese, boiled egg, small amount of feta cheese dressing and red wine vinegar
sn: cream of chicken cup of soup and pork skins with tabasco sauce
supper: 4 oz tilapia with small salad with small amount of dressing and whole green beans sauteed with fresh garlic and onions.
I didn't eat the rest of the night unless you want to count the finger in the peanut butter jar moment of weakness that I had, but just one taste though. I also did have two glasses of wine even though I am trying not to do this. But at least I have my eating under control though!
