Keeping it honest - Thursday
1. 2 small (3 inch diameter) fake pancakes with a drizzle of REAL maple syrup
2. 1/3 cup split pea with ham soup - 3 saltines
3. 6 saltines with some I cant Believe its Not Butter on them - Yes I know it sounds gross. Its a comfort food from childhood. My dad taught me!
4. protein shake
5. 3 ozs (I got my spiffy new scale today) of teriyaki chicken - It was very tender and tasted wonderful. It was just about 2 bites two much tho, and I had to fight to keep it down.
6. Powercrunch bar - Yup, a WHOLE one! No ill effects either!
3 cups of hot tea, approx 60 oz of crystal light, vitamins x2, calcium x 2, prevacid.
Its only 7 PM here, so I'm bound to have something else, probably a fudgesicle before bed =)

Best Laid Plans....
Today, mine were "Carried Out" by the Mouse, not the Man!
Un-Scheduled little "emergencies" put me off my schedule
Missed some meals, I'll catch-up tomorrow.
Approx. 1000 Calories today, probably less.
And I missed out on what I'd "planned"
To be the Really Good Stuff today!
Was going for big Sashimi Lunch- missed it
And I didn't get to run home for my -
"Golden Curry Mango Chicken!!!"
The Leftovers were "snarfed up" by son's friends
By the time I arrived.
I don't want to just eat some stuff to catch-up tonight,
So I'll squeeze in some extra "good stuff" tomorrow.
Oh well,
It'll balance out tomorrow, if I can keep the
Urgent! Urgent! Now! Now! Folks from swamping me tomorrow...
At least the weekends coming soon.
