Keeping it honest - Thursday
Well I THOUGHT I was doing good today...until I totaled things up. Ugh. Ok, I'm not doomed. I still have 3 feedings and about a 800 calories...but I prefer to 'spread' them about a bit better than this!
1. moz cheese sticks
2. 1 and 1/2 8-inch tortillas with cheese and sour cream (melted in micro)
3. Mother's frosted animal crackers. We are NOT discussing these!

Cooking steak, cauliflower and baked taters for dinner. I'll have steak and cauliflower.
Popcorn
And not sure - some NSA pudding maybe..

32 oz. GFI SF French Vanilla Cafe
Four string cheese
1/3 protein bar
Two ounces roast beef
1 1/2 cups popcorn
shrimp ****tail, cottage cheese
140+ oz. water
May later...cucumber w/ light ranch dressing
This stress eating has GOT to stop!
