http://www.wonderlabs.com/itemleft.php?itemnum=3292 Vitamin B12 has a very low potential for toxicity. The Institute of Medicine states that "no adverse effects have been associated with excess vitamin B12 intake from food and supplements in healthy individuals." I think your levels look good... but I'm no expert Angie

I use the Rexall brand from Wal-Mart. Very cheap.

I get my sublingual tabs from GNC, and I've taken those for 5 years. They taste like cherry and aren't too bad. I've heard they have a liquid sublingual now, a liquid you put under your tongue that works well too. I bought the regular liquid and was told I wouldn't absorb that - so make sure you get the sublingual B-12 in either form. I paid $5.99 for my last box of them and there are 60 in a box. When I bought them last fall, I got a buy one get one half price-so 120 doses total came to $9.00. Which was 4 months supply.

the liquid B-12 from gnc is already broken down to be absorbed, does not require intrinsic factor as B-12 from food does.

I use Nascobal Nasel Gel once a week. Prescription only. You "snuff" it up one side of your nose. I'm ALLERGIC to needles and pills didn't work for me. Runs $156.00 every 2 months and Medicare pays for it. I can always tell if I've forgotten my dose ( known to happen) -- I get the jitters in my fingers and toes..nerve endings are complaining ! The first time this happened, I didn't realize WHY...it almost felt like BUGS crawling on my skin ! NOT A GOOD FEELING ! Within HOURS of a double dose; I was sleeping like a baby ! Forget my b-12 again ?? NOT LIKELY !
