Keeping it honest - Tue/Wed
Wednesday!
1. low sugar apples & cinnamon oatmeal made with milk and splenda - didnt add raisins, and still couldnt fini****
2. 6 saltines, spread with 1 tablespoon lowfat veggie cream cheese
3. potato chips - (see earlier post)
4. 1/4 cup instant mashed potatos with a small piece of cheese melted on it
5. 1/2 cup split pea with ham soup
6. couple slices of colby jack cheese
7. 1 fudgesicle
3 cups hot decaf tea, 60 oz crystal light, 2 Citracal-D melted in my Crystal Light, 2 Centrum Adult chewables, and my prevacid

L: Eggbeaters omelete w/turkey, peppers, zuchini, brocolli, cauliflower
S: SF Stalone Choc. Pudding
D: Salad: salmon, feta cheese, romaine lettuce, red onion, avocado, cucumber, garlic, olive oil & baslamic vinegar
S: SF Jello

oh gee, guess I need to post what I actually DID eat today and hope nobody reads it lol.
Moz cheese sticks (4 ounces)
Cheesebread with cheddar and moz - 1 slice
Payday bar - well they aren't any worse then the perfect protein cookies hehe - in fact they have LESS sugar than the stupid yogurt I accidentally at the other night - rationalizing again tooter AND talking to yourself - ugh!
Piece of pie (no sugar added) the cherry stuff from yesterday. All gone now - thank G-d! It IS good though lol.
The guts of a homemade burrito - no shell. Burger, refried beans, cheese, sour cream and chopped onion.
And popcorn finished me off - ugh.
