I've been watching the commercials for the bean and rice stuft burritos and man has my mouth been watering! I've got to make my own just so I can have a healthier one lol. Ugh. Hey maybe I'll make that for dinner tonight! Enjoy the exercise!

I can't remember yesterday. I think it must still be the effects of the drugs. Today - Wt Control oatmeal with brown sugar twin and an oz of walnuts Protein shake 4-6 oz chili apple with peanut butter And I have no idea about supper. Might be cottage cheese or more chili. My eating is weird since the TT last week.

My eating was very off the first 3 weeks postop plastics. Not sure why - tired, emotional, drugs - a combo of them all? (((HUGS))) how ARE you feeling? Better?

Tuesday 1. 1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce 2. protein shake 3. 1/3 of a can of campbells french onion soup with 3 saltines 4. 1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce 5. 1/3 of a can of campbells french onion soup with 4 saltines 2 cups of hot tea, and about 32 oz of crystal light 1 chewable centrum, 1 citracal-d melted in my crystal light, and my brand new fancy dancy melt-on-your-tongue Prevacid. I can't believe that stuff was 50 bucks! Without insurance it would have been $118. Jeez loo-eeze! AND! I ordered a new container of my Anywhey, and decided to give Power Crunch bars another chance. Here's hoping they like me better now! And I also splurged and bought myself a very nice Salter electronic kitchen scale. So now I can obsess scientifically! Not an especially good food day, but it was good to see the surgeon and talk to her about all this stuff, and now I feel like I'm on a new path. Michele

Michele, I love the Power Crunch bars, but usually only eat 1/2. I have a major sweet tooth but a whole one just tastes too sweet to me most days Which Salter elec. scale did you get? I asked for one for Christmas and my hubby got me a much nicer one (Nutri-Weigh 1450) than I'd asked for. It is great!!! I weigh just about everything I eat at home b/c I'm still not good at judging portion sizes. But since I weigh things obsessively, I'm getting much better at gauging / guessing portions. I love the taste of Power Crunch bars, but they made me soooo sick. It's been since last July since I tried one, so I'm gonna try again. Here is the scale I ordered: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000YWUW2/102-6278530-1005744?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=284507 I've been wanting one forever Michele

hi Michele ... cool scale, I've been looking for one too! Since I have limited space I've been looking for one that "folds up" ... found a few, but geez, they can get pricey!! (I also would prefer to find distributors in the states ... I actually have found some, but these links were most handy) http://www.scales-r-us.com/scales_info.php/products_id/838 http://www.edirectory.co.uk/pf/pages/moreinfoa.asp?recordid=2597514&cid=880&afid=105749 http://www.scales-r-us.com/scales_info.php/products_id/995 Karyn
