I suggest you go rent the movie called "Harold and Kumar go to White Castle". White Castle is a chain of 'burger' joints. The 'burgers' are these tiny little things, mostly grease that have been cooked with onions. 3 of them would be equal to one McDonald's regular burger. They are affectionately known as 'Sliders' and "Gut Grenades" to name a few. Certainly nothing dietetic about them. Nowhere Man/PH/Jay

Ha! White Castles - Sliders, Cow Bombs, Grease ona bun. Little greasy hamburgers that are cooked on a grill on a bed of onions. Commonly used as a laxative by non-GAPS. Eash one has about 400 cals and they are the size of dinner rolls. kp @ goal

Yep and then they cry loud and long about how they cannot understand why the surgery *didn't work*. I went to a WLS function out of town. When everyone got there for morning coffee, I was making my protein shake. The ones in the room were all shocked. "You're really dedicated to this, aren't you?" I said You betcher sweet buns I am.
