Ah, the many faces of Tooter. I believe I shall call this one Mischief as you look like you've just pulled one over on somebody. I started my day with about a cup of crab salad (crab, low-carb penne pasta, sharp cheddar and mayo.) 2nd feeding was 1/2 of a 6" Subway w/ extra turkey added. 3rd feeding was the same as the first. 4th feeding was the same as the 2nd. Here's the bad one. 5th feeding = about 1/2 cup of mac and cheese (the reg kind, NOT the cardboard kind.) I'm having a cup of raspberry tea right now and will most likely skip # 6 in deference to the late hour and in penance for the mac and cheese.

By "cardboard kind" I mean the low carb stuff. I have come to the conclusion that some things were just not meant to be low-carb and pasta is one of them! Night Sweetie, sleep well.

OK ... its been a goal of mine for a while to start posting here ... and since I'm still feeling pretty weird from "sedation" earlier, I may have just found the courage to do so. Maybe by "Keeping it Honest", I too will be able to make sense out of my eating and improve it. Granted, I had an endoscopy this afternoon, so today may not be the best day to start this ... oh well, with the lack of sleep and all else, I'm feeling froggy, so I guess I'll just leap (please don't flame, I'm trying): 2pm -- 8 oz chicken noodle soup 4pm -- Venti FF SF Vanilla Latte 1am -- 1TBSP peanut butter
