Poll-how many calories do you eat

Hi Grads!!!! Now that you are at goal weight 1) how many calories do you eat daily? And, 2) how far out are you? For me 1) I eat between 1100/1200 most days (that is my goal) But on a bad day I can go up to 2500/2800 2) I am 12 months out 302/154/155 6"0 tall -148

lets see....anywhere from 1600 to about 2000....I'm 3.5 years out, down 230..."thinking" about losing 10 more...not sure though lol. I go back and forth on it.

Hey toots, I go through obsessive phases with your receipes. The peanut butter pie with choc fudge SF pudding filling was my kick last week. This week its your snickerdoodle ice cream pie. I added a special twist to it. After the ice cream pie is frozen, I take a brush and brush the top with SF butterscotch syrup. This is to die for, I also add a layer of dry roasted peanuts to the pie. It is soooooooooo good. For the ice cream part I use Breyers vanilla extra churnned no sugar added. That stuff is so creamy. I am so impressed you have come up with so many creative receipes. You rock!!!!!!!!!

Wow, that sounds GOOD! I may try that...sounds to me like YOU come up with some creative recipes too I am glad we do this to help others find 'legal' ways to have treats...without blowing their way of eating completely out of the water. Thanks for the tips!

I'm almost 15 mnths post-op and eatting between 1200-1800. Average day is about 1400. I exercise 1 hr cardio and 45 min weights 5 days a week as well. Yesterday I got denied by my insurance for a tummy tuck, so I am working on begging my family and the bank for donations. Michelle 324/155/151

The insurance rep said "You need to have problems." No rashed etc. therefore not medically necessary. Can I borrow $9000 from ya? That's just the lower body, I'll be back later for the other procedures. Mic
