Low carb bread
I'm with Beth ~ every time I've tried low-carb breads, they turn into cement in my pouch. Not good. However, I have had good luck getting whole grain breads with a high fiber content. They seem to do better than low carb. You have to read the labels and try breads with a count of 3 grams of fiber per serving or more.
God bless!
I actually love Eziekal Bread. There are several kinds like Sesame, whole grain, tortillas, bagels, english muffins but my favorite is Cinnamon Rasin. Yummy, I toast it with smart balance light butter. You can buy it at health food stores. They usually keep it refrigerated. Definatley worth trying. Good luck
