I weighed in under 200lbs this morning. Feeling good about that, but what do I do, and WHY....... I just ate a half of a Boston Creme donut, it was all the way on the other side of the office. I had to go over there to speak with someone. I had seen this box of donuts earlier today and went right by them. Why do I sabotage myself. I am not really asking that was retorical. MaryLyn

Judging by your amazing success, I'm guessing you don't sabotage yourself as often as you think. Don't beat yourself up over it. I'm patting you on the back !!! WTG !!! Just remember tomorrow is another day. Karen G

Hi MaryLyn! WTG on the weigh in ... Limiting yourself to half a donut probably was not even thinkable pre-surgery!! Karyn

You stopped after only eating 1/2! Good job. I used to gobble up glazed donuts at work. Now I don't work, so I don't have the temptation. You are doing amazing. Welcome to Onederland! Hugs, Bridget

Hi Mary Lyn, we have all been there. Don't beat yourself up. Most important thing is you get right back on track. My pattern is I do really good for 3/4 days and then have a bad day. The difference from before and now is that I get right back on track. As before, I would give up, say screw it, and do horrible for long periods of time. I think balance is the key. Also, for me to avoid tempations with sweets at work is I make sweets at home with splenda and keep it in the refrigerator at work to nibble on. To break 200 lbs is an awesome feat. Keep up the great work. 302/154/155 6"0 -148
