Did good this week. Kept my promise for the gym atleast three times, and i have already been there three times and plan on going tonight after work. Trying like a devil to get more protein in, did really well yesterday until hubby brought home a chocolate cow (pure evil) however, I only ate one leg (it was approximately 1/2" x 1/2") and then I refused anymore, it was just enough to taste. Steak for dinner, chicken salad for lunch and cheese egg omelette for breakfast plus my butt load of water. Today lets see: SF CIB with FF milk Cheese egg omelette (maybe a 1/3) Peanut Butter crackers Salmon steak Dinner, no clue, but something good i hope.

I got my Gosh Thats Good hot chocolate today. I made a cup and its rather bland. Whats your secret? Need to try again. I did not think I had to be a brain surgeor to make hot choc. but I guess I am not smart enough. Maybe my Grandson can do it for me LOL

The carbs in dreamsfield aren't 'digestible' carbs...you er um poo most of them out. You should read the nutritional info they have on thier website. Pretty intersesting stuff...

Ok well if we're keeping it honest here lets just say that I have instructed my family that if I ever mention the words See's Candy again they are to call a crisis intervention team in and hold me up hostage in the closet til they arrive . I bought a pound box yesterday and guess what !!!! For some strange reason I don't dump on see's candy, every other one yes but See's NO! Well six pieces later and two more in the morning I threw the box on the bed and sent my 4 kids in to take care of it lol. I WILL NOT BE DOING THIS AGAIN. I have felt terrible today too, I think I am starting to realize that what I eat really affect how I feel, physically, and mentally. Oh well so I did it and I won't again. Go ahead someone please me I deserve it lol. Take care ((((HUGS)))) KatherineL

No flame from me, I've been there and done that!!! My chocolate weakness is Symphony with toffee chips. It's made by Hershey's and it's the best chocolate I've ever tasted!! I too see changes in my moods, and ecspecially how I feel physically, I get really tired and want to sleep all the time. I don't even look at the aisle the chocolate is on in the grocery store anymore, cause if I do, I'll buy it!!
