Hey Lelina, Big hugs woman ((((((((( )))))))))) I'm so sorry you've had such a time of things lately. With your father passing, its extra hard, and my sympathies are with you. I know what you're going through, feeling like you've lost control. I've had quite a bit of stress in my life the past year, and haven't dealt very well with it, regarding my body and nutritional priorities. Hopefully we can both get and stay back on track. Wendy
