It is awesome....I got it from fitness quest or ablounger.com and they have them at walmart too...i keep it at work with our other stuff in the conference room and we all go back there a few times a time..you would not believe the difference it makes and how much you can feel it right away....also amazing for stretching all the way back like a back bend with support..let me know if you get one...i love mine!!!

Feeding one: coffee with vanilla unjury (I know I should've ate something, but the way my tummy was jumping around I was scared to.)And I had such a busy morning, I left the house at 8 and was in my car for the next 3 hours, well not non stop, but I had to drive back and forth between two towns 3x's!!! I wasn't even thinking of food, just trying to hurry up and get home! Feeding two: a tablespoon of mashed potatoes, 1/2 biscuit, 1/2 baked chicken breast(left overs they kill me!! I gotta eat em!) Feeding three: tablespoon of crunchy PB and ONE cheddar and sour cream Lay's potato chip (DH was eating them and I proved that someone can eat just one!!) Feeding four: 3 chicken nuggets and a small ear of corn on the cob. Feeding five: actually late nite snack... beef jerky

Yeah, I was craving something, but didn't know what. I really wasn't even hungry, but well you know how that goes, and I seen my bag of jerky so I thought what is better than a big ol dose of protien!!

Breakfast: Powercrunch bar Snack: Mocha Coffee made w/unsweetened cocoa, splenda & NF milk Lunch: Eggbeaters omellette w/brocolli, smoked turkey, cheese Snack: SF stallone pudding w/ 1/2cp Kashi-Go-Lean Dinner: Tuna, cottage cheese, red onion & lettuce Cal: 1079 Fat: 35 g Carb: 49 g (10 from fiber) Pro: 149 Excercise: 2.5 mile brisk walk.

Ok, my first time to answer one of these, but perhaps it will help me to keep myself in line: Breakfast: 1/2 of a breakfast frittata I make snack: a few fresh cherries and a packet of carb options cream of chicken soup Lunch: The other half of my fritatta and a salad mid afternoon snack: munched on some carrots and had another packet of the cream of chicken soup. Supper: Part of a grilled chicken salad with a tiny amount of ranch dressing. late night: a bite of chicken and a couple of cherries and a couple of grapes. I am not sure about the totals, I didn't count. Oh yeah, keeping it honest part, about 4 small glasses of wine. My new bad habit to add to some of the ones I already had! Angie - below goal
