oh my goodness.for breakfast i had a huge bowl of frosted flakes with whole milk..can i say sugar high? at breaktime 2 honey dip donuts from Kanes with a iced coffee with cream and 4 sugars lunch time á steak an cheese sub with onions peppers ansd mushrooms with a small fry to go with it after work i had yoyos and a glass of pepesi for dinner tonight im having pork chops freid smothered in gravy. mashed potatoes and creamy corn. and for a snack tonight im all set with mrs smith apple pie to watch american idol so what did you not eat today? oh and a almond joy bar and i also had a rese peanut butter cup during the day.. bahaaaaaaa

I started the day out well. Scrapple Pancakes w Strawberries and Whipped Cream - 3 of them!!!! Tea with Lemon Snack: Snickers bar with big bag of BBQ chips.... Lunch: Fried Shrimp with Fries and cole slaw Snack: 4 Vodka Martinis (really stressed and bored by the afternoon and need the extra one!) Olives, 3 Quarter Pounders Dinner: Chubby Hubby Ice Cream, T-Bone Steak, Baked Potato and Sour Cream. Snack: Black Forest Cake, some more Chubby Hubby Ice Cream and a glass of milk. Swedish Fish to polish off the night!

At least your almond joy and reese's had a bit of protein in them! And make that apple pie ala mode to up my calcium for the day. OOOPS, that's what you did NOT eat. bahaaaa right back atcha! Good post. brought a smile to my face.

Belgian waffle with strawberry icecream. Regular orange juice hot chocolate. Lunch was 2 foot long conies with extra chili a bag of lays potato chips and dip. Snack was three gala apples with carmel dip and Mountain dew. dinner was a triple decker PBJ, and a glass of egg nog- it tasted funny though. kp @ goal

Breakfast: Two Sausage McMuffins with Egg, two hash browns, large coffee Lunch: Half a chicken, mac and cheese, apples from Boston Market Snack: Large bag of BBQ potato chips in the car on the way home. Dinner: two large hamburgers sandwiches grilled at home. Have a great day. Rich
