Oh you guys, I am a mess! Last night I ate an entire box of cookies! There were 8 cookies in the box. They are imported and delicious and I love them. But the whole box?! I also ate a lot of fried rice. Don't even know how much. I didn't bother to measure it I just ate it. Today is another day and I got up at 5:15 AM to get to the gym at 5:30 AM to work out before work. I brought some moz sticks and granola with lots of water to eat at work today. I ate those cookies while watching the Golden Globes. It was just mindless eating. I hate it and get scared when those old ways of eating creep back in. But I am back on track today. I think I will have some chicken soup for dinner tonight. I might also have some cottage cheese and mandarin oranges. I love the large curd cottage cheese from Wal-Mart with mandarin oranges or pineapple. I eat that a lot these days. I am just rambling here so I will wish you all a good day today. ((hugs)) Charlie

Just to let you all know, you don't have to tell me, cause I know this was a very BAD day!! I know it's an excuse, but it is close to "that time of the month"!! And I always tend to eat more, and eat bad. Feeding one: Coffee (decaf) with vanilla unjury, a toaster scrambles (made from Pilsbury it had eggs, sausage and cheese in it). Feeding two: ANOTHER toaster scramble!! Feeding three: 1/2 chicken breast, mashed potatoes and 1/2 a biscuit (at least I really enjoyed it!!) Feeding four: 12 slices of pepperoni's nuked in the microwave ( I think this was my only smart choice for the day!) Feeding five: 1/2 grilled chicken breast, spoonful of mac and cheese, 1/2 baked potato with butter, and a piece of garlic bread. OMG, I look at that and just want to cry when I think of all the carbs I must have consumed!!!!
