Planning? Did you write planning? My heart skips a beat! My faith in a well executed plan had deflated after so many posts without plan. I am not pointing to you in particular, but I have read post after post about grazing, and weight gain, and lack of overall awareness. Tooter you have restored my faith in the WLS community, at least the Grads high rent district/neighborhood of swift wits/fun poker at-ers/been there done thativists/speakers of the code/former physical fat asses/some current mental fat asses/sharers of the truth behind the headlines. Ahhh...I can enjoy my housefull of boys (mine and several others, including a snoring DH) as they sleep their little boy dreams and I go to sleep knowing that the WLS world of grads is safe from living life by the seat of our low rise/boot cut/vintage/petite sized jeans. oh boy - ya know, I've gotten to the point where I can't tell if I'm being teased, mocked or complimented. I figured Tek's post was a mock of mine...and I honestly don't mind being mocked. I have a good sense of humor and laugh at myself often. If I take this to be a compliment (and I am lol) then I thank you...I do TRY to plan what I'll eat - sometimes I'm just clueless! Depends on what's in the house (I have recently went shopping, so I'm good to go on 'planned' eating) and what my rats (kids) have left of MY food Sigh...anyway, I try not to graze - a distinct stop to my eating and a very definite time line between feedings is what I attempt at. But boy I sure fall and skin my knees a LOT. (((HUGS))) from the red-light district

Yes, indeed...a compliment from me to you. Next time I will wrap it up in a slight and slinky little number from Victoria's Secret suitable uniform for those of you in our sassy but daring red light district. Karen

I didn't mean it in a bad way, Tek. I was actually humored and somewhat honored. Yup, I'm one warped puppy lol

about the one way bars...my kid asks me weird questions. Will the one way bar go in, but not come out because it's going ONE WAY? Will the detour bar DETOUR your diet? Ugh. Who wants to think THAT much! Yeesh lol I'm in the mood for roast. Think I'll toss one in the crock tomorrow. Thanks for the idea See, I secretly get you all to post so I can get ideas for my recently hum-drum diet. Ugh.

Sunday was a very weird day here. And I feel like I ate way too much =( I figured out the calories in order to try and get my head wrapped aound the fact that it really wasn't too much. 1. 1/2 can of soup - 130 cals 2. 1/2 can of soup - 130 cals 3. sugar free banana pudding - 140 cals 4. 2 small pieces of totinos crispy crust pizza - 380 cals 5. sugar free banana pudding - 140 cals 6. 1/3 can of soup - 120 cals 7. Peanut butter - 190 cals Oh yeah and throw in the crackers I've been munching on all day, thats another 300 cals I think. So - 1530 cals total According to the calculator thingy that was posted yesterday, I need to eat 1995 to maintain. And 1395 to lose. Of course it also said my medically ideal weight is 126, and that I am 14 lbs overweight. BUT all my drs say I am underweight at 140, so I have no idea which to believe. The plastic surgeon says if I lose any more body fat he won't have enough to work with. Here I go obsessing again... See what counting does to my head ??? *sigh* Michele
