Keeping it honest - Day 11
breakfast - 6 am Kashi oat meal
snack- 9 am lite & fit yogurt with 1/4 C kashi crunch
lunch 1130 am - southbeach chicken cesar wrap, snow peas and 1/2 banana
4 pm - in car on the way home from work - one way bar and other 1/2 banana
6 pm 1/2 c kashi go lean with milk
8 pm dinner / party at an italian restaurant, they ordered family style, so I had a bite or several of everything!!!
2 pieces calamari. 2 pieces bruschetta ( thankfully the pieces were small 1 bite each)
salad, small piece of bread with actual real butter.
1 bite chicken parmesan, a few bites of pork roast & mashed potatoes and 1 bite of broccoli. way more lasagna than I would have thought I could have eaten - at least 5-6 bites, maybe more.
several bites of an apple crostada with vanilla ice cream.
It seems so unreal I might need to take this menu over to Teks post! I have not even began to figure the calories, ignorance is bliss.
