Keeping it honest? Day 10
1. 1/2 cup reduced fat corned beef hash - didnt fini****
2. apple
3. 1/2 cup chicken salad and a few bites of lettuce
4. phad thai
Lots of coffee, Iced Tea, and I opened a can of Black Cherry Vanilla Diet Coke had a few sips and never finished it.
I have cramps and feel absolutely EEEEEEEVIL. I could probably kill an entire army with my hafefulness alone!

Ok I finally peeked in here and seen these keeping it honest posts, great idea!! But I don't really remember much of what I had yesterday!! But there was a WHOLE LOT of crunchy PB and beef jerky!! LOL I'm having trouble getting in my protien so I'm trying to eat as much "protien foods" as I can!! Let's see, I am thinking back and I had a small serving of spagetti at lunch, oh that's right I'm supposed to say Feeding, ok feeding two was spagetti, with 2 saltines. I can't remember ANYTHING else, I know how crazy that sounds, but if you guys had any idea, believe me my whole week felt like Friday the 13th!!!!! But now that I know this post is here I'll try and keep up! So far on Sat. at 9:30 I've only had my coffee, so I'm getting a late start! But it was nice to sleep in!! But my son woke me up this morning by running in the bedroom and jumping on top of me and yelling BOO!!!!OOOHHH I could've really strangled him!! Oh well, I guess it just wasn't in the cards for me to finish my dream, and oh what a dream, well that wouldn't be fit for this board!!LOL
Feeding 1---2 cheese sticks
Feeding 2---1 honey oatmeal toast
1/4c white tuna in water
1 slice cheese
2oz. turkey breast
2oz. yellow pepper strips on a pepper and cucumber kick.
They are so good right now.

Feeding 4--- 3oz. grilled salmon
1/2c green beans
Feeding 5--- 1 o z.j&j critters micro pork rinds high protein,under 1 carb
very low in fat and very tasty

topped w/ a sprinke of lowfat Cheddar & a tb of lite sour cream
late snack 1/2 c sf vanilla ice cream w. thawed strawberries & 0 cal choclate syrup ( made by Walden farms and kind of a bittersweet chocolate flavor. no sugar alcohol either.
1400 calories and 84 grams of protein
