What is your goal today?
Hi everybody I hope you are all doing well today!Well my first goal for today I would like to apologize for not posting this yesterday I just was really busy and not home most of the day.Ok now for the rest of the day is to start keeping track of my food's in a notebook everyday.Starting with 90 grams of protein a day,no more then 120 grams of carbohydrate's and at the least 64 oz's of fluid a day.And if the rain stops I think I am going to go for a walk today.Well I hope you have a great day!!!
