Keeping it honest - Day 10
Yesterday was not a real good day for me:
2 cups of coffee
1.protien shake made w/crystal light
2. 3/4 c of speical k high protien w/ 1/2 c 2% milk
south beach cereal bar
1/2 oz of roasted almonds
3. baked potatoe w/butter and sourcream
1/2 green apple and a sf toffee
4. 1/2 oz of chex mix and a cheese stick
5. cheese quesadilla w/1/4 of an avocado
6. 1 oz bbq chips and a grahm cracker
Notice how I grouped things together...it was really alot of grazing!
Bad day on fats on carbs

Today will be better.

Yesterday wasn't particularly good for me either.
(1) 8:00 - oatmeal w/granola, nuts & dried cranberries (tasty & filling)
(2) 10:00 - container of yogurt w/ nuts/seeds mixed in
(3) 1:00 - Chicken Pita from Chili's - ate all the chicken, little pita
(4) 3:00 - mixed nuts (far too many) between 3-4pm;
(5) 5:00 - apple
(6) 6:30 - homemade turkey soup (low fat) and slice of crusty whole-grain bread with butter
(7) 8:00 - animal crackers
Today isn't shaping up much better either.
(1) 8:00 - egg on whole grain toast (good start)
(2) 10:00 - a few mixed nuts
(3) 11:30 - grilled chicken over salad greens with light balsamic vin. dressing; leftover whole grain roll from previous lunch; string cheese
Let's see what other damage I can do before the end of the day...
