Keeping it honest - Day 10
Ok, I would like to join in too. Posting it makes it more real to have it "out there" for everyone to see.
I worked a night shift but then had off all day so here goes;
bkfst: skim milk with choco unjury
then stayed awake and went to spinning class
after class: Panera whole grain bagel with cream cheese
slept
after awake snack: protein crunch bar
supper: homemade bean and ham soup with slice of whole grain crusty bread and pesto
later desert: blue bunny sf neopolitan ice cream 1/2 cup.
I did really good with my fluids today, lot of water and fruit2O and I bought some crystal light after reading about it again.

Yesterday was not a real good day for me:
2 cups of coffee
1.protien shake made w/crystal light
2. 3/4 c of speical k high protien w/ 1/2 c 2% milk
south beach cereal bar
1/2 oz of roasted almonds
3. baked potatoe w/butter and sourcream
1/2 green apple and a sf toffee
4. 1/2 oz of chex mix and a cheese stick
5. cheese quesadilla w/1/4 of an avocado
6. 1 oz bbq chips and a grahm cracker
Notice how I grouped things together...it was really alot of grazing!
Bad day on fats on carbs
cals 1591
fat 88
carb 135
protien 76
Today will be better.

Hey Tooter,
I guess it just felt like i was eating all day. Anyway I am not sure what I count, lol. I starting tracking my intake on fitday and after reading the post about counting fats I felt like I had alot of them..but I kinda agree that bottom line is calories, I am trying to figure out what works.
